This Privacy Policy explains how Chord Atlas ("Chord Atlas," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use the Chord Atlas application (the "App").
We designed Chord Atlas with privacy in mind. Chord Atlas does not require an account, does not use advertising or tracking, and does not request access to personal information or device resources such as your contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or location.
1. Information We Collect

Chord Atlas does not require you to create an account, register, or log in.
We do not ask you to provide personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or physical address in order to use the App.

Chord Atlas does not use a third-party crash-reporting or analytics service.
Apple and Android provide their own operating-system and platform-level diagnostic and crash-reporting systems. Depending on the user's device, operating-system settings, and applicable platform services, technical information about an application crash or failure may be collected by Apple or Google and may be made available to developers through their respective developer tools.
This information may include technical details such as the device type, operating-system version, App version, crash information, and other diagnostic information associated with the operation of the App.
Chord Atlas does not use this information for advertising, cross-app tracking, or user profiling.
Platform-level diagnostic information is handled according to the applicable Apple or Google privacy practices and the user's device settings.
2. Analytics and Tracking
Chord Atlas does not use third-party analytics services to track how individual users use the App.
Chord Atlas does not use your information for cross-app or cross-website tracking.
Chord Atlas does not use advertising identifiers or similar technologies to track you for advertising purposes.
Chord Atlas does not contain advertisements.
3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
Chord Atlas offers optional in-app purchases and subscriptions through the applicable app store.
Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are processed by Apple or Google, as applicable. Chord Atlas does not collect or store your complete credit card, debit card, or other payment-card information.
The applicable app store may provide Chord Atlas with limited transaction or subscription information necessary to determine whether a purchase or subscription is active and to provide the associated features.
Apple and Google handle payment information according to their respective privacy policies and terms.
Your payment information is processed by the applicable app store rather than stored by Chord Atlas.
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple or Google account and can be managed or canceled through the applicable platform's subscription settings.
4. How We Use Information
Information handled in connection with Chord Atlas is used only for purposes related to operating and supporting the App, including:
Providing the App and its features
Providing features associated with purchases and subscriptions

Platform-level diagnostic information collected by Apple or Google is subject to their respective data retention practices and policies.
7. Data Deletion and Privacy Requests
Because Chord Atlas does not require an account and does not maintain personal user accounts, there is generally no Chord Atlas account or user profile for us to delete.
If you have contacted us and provided personal information, you may request that we delete information associated with your support request, subject to information we may be required to retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or other legitimate purposes.

Chord Atlas does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Because Chord Atlas does not require an account and does not request access to personal device information, the App is designed to minimize the collection of personal information.

We take reasonable measures to protect information that we receive directly from users against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
