וַיֹּ֥אמֶר אֱלֹהִ֖ים יְהִ֣י אֹ֑ור וַֽיְהִי־אֹֽור

God said, “Let there be light”; and there was light.

Shalom!

You are invited to a sound bath with Adrian DiMatteo (מַלְאָך “Messenger”) and special guest Lea Schreiber on Wednesday, May 21st from 7:30-9:30 in Pomona, NY. The suggested contribution is $40-50 cash. Space is limited, so please RSVP and let us know if you are inviting anyone else.

A sound bath is a guided meditation designed to help you access deep inner awareness, conscious relaxation, and emotional release.

Experience the power of sound as a tool for mental, physical, and spiritual attunement. Aromatherapy, sacred songs and musical instruments are used to facilitate a guided meditation through which participants can access deep states of consciousness, inner peace, and healing. Singing bowls, gongs, flutes, crystal instruments, drums, guitars, and a range of other tools are used throughout the journey. Vibrations and overtones produced by these powerful instruments can be felt throughout the body. Sound baths hold space for deep relaxation, emotional release, and setting intentions for the future. Please bring a Yoga mat and blanket for comfort as we will be sitting and lying down.

She has completed a certified 500 hour Yoga Teacher Training, and continues her studies of sound at the Sonic Institute to further enhanced her understanding in the technology of sound and healing. She is working to merge the world of art, music and healing in her own way to be of service, and bring more light and beauty wherever she goes.

Lea Schreiber is a sound and energy healing practitioner devoted to creating sacred spaces for deep remembrance, embodiment, and transformation. Her practice weaves together alchemy sound bowls, intuitive energy healing, and the frequencies of sacred geometry to support deep inner alignment and energetic harmony. These sessions invite a return to presence, purpose, and inner peace. She brings a grounded, heart-centered presence to every session, guided by a deep trust in the body's wisdom, the power of intention, and the healing intelligence of love.
