A sound bath is a multi-sensory guided meditation experience.
Together, we will explore how and why music, song and prayer can be powerful for healing and meditation. Our session will include a sound bath as well as an orientation to the vast world of sound healing and meditation. Questions and comments are welcome and encouraged.
Singing bowls, gongs, flutes, crystal instruments, drums, guitars, handpans, and a range of other tools are used throughout the journey. Vibrations and overtones produced by these powerful instruments can be felt throughout the body. Sound baths hold space for deep relaxation, emotional release, and setting intentions for the future.
What: Guided sound meditation and conversation about the principles of sound healing from global perspectives.

Cassie Luzenski is a multi-disciplinary artist, creating experiences through her training as a designer (B.A, in Creative Direction, Design), Shamanic Reiki practitioner and sound meditation facilitator. With a deep passion for holistic well-being and designing intentional spaces, Cassie has spent the past two years immersing herself in a variety of spiritual, cultural, and traditional practices with many elders and wisdom-keepers around the world, under the guidance of her teacher, Maestro Manuel Rufino, and the Initiatic Tradition. She is currently in a 500 hour Yoga Teacher Training program, and her studies at the Sonic Institute have further enhanced her understanding in the technology of sound and healing. She is working to merge the world of art, music and healing in her own way to be of service, and bring more light and beauty wherever she goes.

Their classes aim to support the nervous system, encourage alignment, and invite deeper inner harmony & resonance.
The Sonic Institute offers experiential workshops, training programs and events designed to help people connect with sound and music as a tool for healing and meditation.
Our programs bridge ancient spirituality and modern science to reveal the impact of sound vibration on health and consciousness. Through music lessons, sound baths, instrument demonstrations, lectures, presentations and interactive workshops, participants gain the skills and knowledge needed to facilitate guided meditation and sound healing experiences.
