Release and Renew: A Journey through Sound and Silence
You are invited to a sound bath with Adrian DiMatteo (מַלְאָך “Messenger”) on Tuesday, March 24th, 7:30—9:30 pm in Monsey, NY. The days leading up to Pesach are a profound opportunity to consciously tune and align ourselves to rebirth in the spring. Space is limited, so please RSVP and let us know if you are inviting anyone else.
Experience the power of sound as a tool for mental, physical, and spiritual attunement. Aromatherapy, sacred songs and musical instruments are used to facilitate a guided meditation in which participants can access deep states of consciousness, inner peace, and healing. Singing bowls, gongs, flutes, crystal instruments, drums, guitars, and a range of other tools are used throughout the journey. Vibrations and overtones produced by these powerful instruments can be felt throughout the body. Sound baths hold space for deep relaxation, emotional release, and setting intentions for the future.
*Please bring a yoga mat and blanket for comfort.
The event will also include an orientation to the profound world of sound healing and meditation to help integrate the experience.

Hundreds of students have graduated from Sound Facilitator Training programs and weekend retreats that Adrian regularly facilitates nationwide. To date, he has offered musical experiences to thousands of people in hospitals, hospices, elder care facilities, prisons and children’s centers.
